Our converted stone barn stands across the courtyard from the main house and is set in an extensive garden surrounded by trees. It’s the perfect spot for complete relaxation.

The heated 40 square metre pool has lovely views of the garden and surrounding area, as does the large sunny terrace, which provides a beautiful setting for dining. Guests also have access to the large brick barbecue with a cool and shady dining area, or can choose to relax on the secluded patio tucked away behind the gîte on the site of the traditional bread oven.
The ground floor is open plan with high ceilings and lots of light. Upstairs, the mezzanine provides a cosy second sitting area with a TV and DVD player for watching films or TV and listening to music. The kitchen is well equipped (including microwave and dishwasher) and there’s a separate utility room with a washing machine and drying space.
There’s one double and one twin room on the ground floor and two twin rooms upstairs. Egyptian cotton linen and fluffy towels are provided, as are towels for swimming. Each floor has a bathroom with a shower, and there’s an additional toilet upstairs. We’re happy to make a travel cot and high chair available if you need them.
Freshly grown fruit and vegetables from the garden are available at the kitchen door.

If you fancy a break from shopping and cooking, relax by the pool and let Marion, a qualified chef, put together a gourmet four course meal using fresh produce from the garden and regional specialities. Dinner is served on the terrace and includes local organic wines. Just let her know 24 hours in advance and she’ll be happy to cater for you.
La Grange sleeps up to 8 people and is available between March and November. Please note that during July and August there’s a minimum 7 night stay, with changeover on a Saturday. Minimum 2 night stay the rest of the year.
